At Leeson Real Estate Investment Firm, we are proud to provide a little bit of hope and an opportunity for redemption. We hire tradesmen in treatment centers who need another shot at success, rent properties that give tenants the chance to start anew, and purchase homes abandoned by others only to restore them into beautiful dwellings fit for loved ones once more – because everyone deserves a second chance!

Our Goal

To revitalize our community in the next decade by rehabilitating 1000 residential homes. From single family dwellings and duplexes to triplexes – We have lofty goals, as we want to rehab housing in our community and bring our community back to life.

Meet the Owner

Isaiah W Lee

Owner of Leeson Real Estate Investment Firm

Isaiah W. Lee came from a 20 plus years of construction background. He traveled the country building countless projects from Marriott Hotels, Water treatment plants, Walgreens, CVS and many more. He also worked on 100 plus custom homes in the Shreveport-Bossier, in Southern Trace and Stonebridge, La area . 7 Years ago he decided to put his money where his mouth is and started investing in his childhood city Shreveport, La and started rehabbing the historical home he grew to love as a young man. As he continued to do his work, investors started asking if he wanted to partner and Leeson Investment was born.
