  1. Partner will get 10% yearly ROI on all properties until one is sold. Partner will get back original investment (Purchase and Rehab) plus 40% of equity grab.

  1. Projected sale of half of the properties will generate ¾ return of total investment back to partner with in the first two years.

  1. Partner will receive 10% yearly ROI on second half of hold properties. Half of the total investment

  1. With this strategy we can execute 45 - 50 properties in one year.

  1. Average purchase and rehab $25K. Average ARV $50K
